Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy offers a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you

can feel truly heard and understood. We draw from CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic

Therapy to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with clarity

and compassion. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on helping

you build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing, deepen

selfawareness, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. We walk alongside you

with authenticity and care as you work toward meaningful growth, healing, and lasting

Couples Therapy

Our couples therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where partners can openly express unmet needs. Experienced therapists utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts, replacing them with balanced perspectives. We also help couples gain deep insight into how childhood experiences influence current relationship dynamics

 

Walking Therapy

Walking Talk Therapy offers a calming, grounding way to heal by combining gentle

movement, nature, and supportive conversation. Many clients find that walking outdoors

helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, and create a greater sense of clarity and balance. In

this relaxed, sidebyside setting, it often feels more natural to explore emotions and
